Unlike many other cutting process used today, the Arcair SLICE systems can cut, burn or pierce virtually any metallic, non metallic or composite material.

More than anything we love meeting our customers needs & supplying them with the products and equipment they really need to make their work area ... 'work great'.
Most recently, Danielle, who owns Danielle Joy Designs and is one of our customers based in Spanaway, Washington USA, very kindly sent in some pictures of the new Plymovent Arm supplied by Rapid, as a thank you for working with them.
Founded in 2011 as a hobby, Danielle designs and creates wonderful collections of hand made jewellery and ornaments, working with husband Andrew who cuts and produces most of the metal discs.

Hypertherm's Powermax125 system made its global debut at the Schweissen and Schneiden 2013 International Trade Fair for joining, cutting and surfacing technology back in September, and by all accounts the event was a big success for all 1,017 exhibitors, attracting many trade visitors from different countries and industries (including representatives from Rapid) over the six day event.
At Essen it was promised this system would become available in the closing stages of 2013, and that's a promise kept. Rapid is pleased to announce that as of this week, the Powermax125 is available to buy online.
The Powermax125
The Powermax plasma system is a useful and versatile tool suitable for any place of work. Whether you are shop or factory based, at home or out and about in the field, this widely popular range has grown to incorporate the Powermax125, the most powerful Powermax air plasma cutting and gouging system.
Enabling thicker and faster cuts on a wide variety of metal types, the Powermax125 is designed to comfortably cut 38mm material and severance cut up to 57mm with hand cutting torches, and has a 25mm mechanised pierce capability. It offers a 125amp output at 100% duty cycle providing maximum productivity and efficiency, thus affording greater productivity and lower operating costs to the user.
